What are Tokin’ Rewards? 

Tokin’ Rewards is our rewards program that recognises and rewards our favorite people – that’s you our customers. Take a bow!

Tokin’ Points is the currency of Tokin’ Rewards, which you can earn in various ways. Once you have collected enough Tokin’ Points, they are redeemable for cash discounts at check out.

How do I join Tokin’ Rewards?

Customers with TokinTiger.com store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.

How do I earn Tokin’ Points?

We offer a variety of ways to earn Tokin’ Points right from registering for an account, to sharing us on social media, to referring us to your friends.

However, the easiest way to earn Tokin’ Points is to buy your tokin’ essentials at TokinTiger.com. This is where you earn 10 Tokin’ Points for every dollar you spend.

To check out the different ways to earn points, click on the rewards widget on TokinTiger.com. These change often as we run different campaigns all the time. All you have to do is click on the widget to check out the latest campaigns in effect.

When do I earn Tokin’ Points on purchases?

Points will be credited to your Tokin’ Rewards Account 10 days after your transaction. 

Do I earn Tokin’ Rewards on my entire purchase?

Tokin’ Points are not earned for sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, partial refunds past purchases, items not shipped, undeliverable deliveries or returned items.

What is an undeliverable delivery? 

At times a delivery may not be able to be completed. This can happen if you are not able to provide a valid ID upon delivery or if you are underage. In this case your delivery is returned to us and is subject to our standard terms and conditions in this respect. Tokin’ Points cannot be earned in these cases.

What happens if I return item after I have redeemed my Tokin’ Points?

In some cases if you have returned or otherwise refunded items after you have redeemed your Tokin’ Points, your Tokin’ Points balance may be negative. You will be notified in such a case and you will be required to regularise this situation in a reasonable period of time, by making a purchase or undertaking any of the points earning actions in play from time to time. If your account is in the negative for an extended period of time, will suspend your membership in Tokin’ Rewards till the situation is rectified.

How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?

All you have to do is log in to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the right hand side of the website.

What's the minimum number of Tokin' Points I need before I can redeem a reward? 

You can redeem at different levels, but the minimum is 1000 points for $5 off your purchase.

How do I use my rewards? 

Rewards are issued as coupon codes or store credits that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order).

Can I transfer Tokin' Points to my friends and family?  

No. Tokin’ Points accrued are not transferable to any other person or account.

Do Tokin’ Points expire?

No. Tokin’ Points do not expire as long as they are not redeemed. However, points may be forfeited as described elsewhere in the terms and conditions. 

Is there any other way I can lose my Tokin’ Points?

Yes. If you redeem your points for a coupon, this coupon is valid for a period of 30 days. So if you forget to redeem the coupon, you’re going to lose out.

What is an eligible member? 

An "Eligible Member" means a Tokin’ Tiger customer who meets, and continues to meet the requirements for participation in the Tokin’ Rewards Program. These are as follows:

  • You must be a registered member on TokinTiger.com with a Tokin’ Tiger account in good standing (no holds or suspensions) and you must be a legal Canadian resident 18 years of age or older with a Canadian address associated with your Tokin’ Tiger account;
  • You must accept these Terms and Conditions and you must not have opted out of the Tokin’ Rewards Program;
  • You must have received confirmation of registration in the Tokin’ Rewards Program from Tokin’ Tiger. This means that you must have an email address that works.
  • You must not have been previously terminated or barred from participation in Tokin’ Rewards by TokinTiger.com.

What happens if I change my order?

Generally, this should not be a problem because your points will be credited 10 days after your transaction. However, if there is a change of some sort, Tokin’ Points may not be able to be applied to your account. Your return/ change would be subject to our standard terms of service.
