Get your product delivered to you FREE in just a few hours, if you meet the following criteria:
- You must be 18+ (i.e. above the age of 18 at the time of delivery) and able to provide a valid government photo ID..
- You live within the city limits of Calgary, Alberta.
- Your order is placed before 4 pm Sunday to Thursday.
- Your order is placed before 6 pm Friday or Saturday.
- The value of your order is above $25.
Same day delivery service is available 7 days a week, including weekends.
Delivery will be completed before 10:00 pm.
As per regulations, we are not allowed to leave packages at your doorstep. Delivery will be completed in person strictly upon validation of your photo ID.
Adverse weather conditions or pandemic related restrictions may delay deliveries. Updates will be posted on the website.
CAVEATS
- If the value of your order is below $20, a flat delivery fee of $5 will apply. This is added at checkout.
- If you are unable to provide a valid government ID upon delivery, your delivery will be declined and your purchase will be refunded less a 50% restocking fee and a $5 flat delivery fee.
- If you are unavailable or unable to accept your delivery, we will make one more attempt at delivering on the following day free of charge. If the situation continues, we will refund the cost of your purchase less a 20% restocking fee and a $5 flat delivery fee.
- Please be nice to our delivery people, they're just doing their jobs. Rudeness, aggression and intimidation will result in getting blacklisted for the service.
